RTR stands for Ready-To-Run. These vehicles are 100% assembled with SOME parts. This doesn’t mean that the vehicle will come with everything. You still need fuel to run the vehicle. That is just an example.
ARTR stands for Almost-Ready-To-Run. These are fully assembled but are race rollers because they DON’T contain any electronics that actually power-up the vehicle.
KITS will come fully dissembled. They need to be built and they also require the electronics that actually power-up the vehicle.
