Nice truck my bro has one. I think your on 50% 50% 50% tho.. I have a rustler vxl and he has the stampede and there both way way way faster on 11.1v. either you were going very easy, or your esc is set to novice mode. turn on your remote then plug in your battery. Then HOLD the ON button down on the esc until it blinks 1 time GREEN then release. Now you have 100% 100% 100% AND you will crash and burn for sure lol GOOD luck!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly the same mate. I’m an rc pilot as well and the windy days just kill me! Just bought a Traxxas Stampede VXL. On training mode till my hand sets and I get the nack of turning a wheel. Use to the gimble sticks on my transmitter for my F4U. The car rocks though, can’t w8 to go for another spin!!

If I’m running it hard around 10 minutes. If I’m just kind of cruising around and not killing the gas? 15-17 minutes maybe? I don’t like running my batts. down too low. It’s not good for the lipo.

To tell you the truth I’m not the guy to ask. I’m a novice when it comes to RC Trucks. What I do know is that the E-Maxx is a nice truck but it uses 2 Lipos in conjunction I believe where as the Stampede can run on a single Lipo. Mine is so fast I’ve yet to open it up fully on the pavement and it’s still on the stock settings. The E-Maxx seems a little more heavy duty but the stampede is pretty durable. What ever you do get your Lipos from HobbyKing. They are cheap and good. Good Luck!
