I would hazard a guess it’s a Tamiya 1:14th scale Merc truck with the tipper body scratchbuilt. I am lucky enought to have a Knight Hauler & Trailer and also a Merc Unit & trailer, the Merc cost (inc. Radio gear & lights/sounds etc) £750 for tractor unit & £350 for the trailer. They are not really run as toys for that reason lol 😉
