@djmedic2008 great the kid wanted 225 i wasnt doin that but i still didnt know if it was worth it for 180, got my comp rig squared away now its time to build a scaler and i didnt need the whole truck cuz chances were it needed to be all redone anyway lol.

hey medic, im gonna pick up a scx10 chassis with the drive lines ****** axles links and shocks for 180 think im overpaying?

If i get this kit and plan on using, traxxas xl-5 esc, 7 cell 8.4v battery, 27t motor, and possibly the three racing winch,traxxas 2075 servo, all into my 3 channel spektrum receiver do i need an external bec

@rabfs The skinny wire will go to your receiver… into the throttle port

the skiny wire from the esc conects to the servo?
sorry about this question but im new in the electronics part and i don’t know if i had to buy something else beside the motor, the servo, the esc, and the battery.

do you reckon for what it is worth, getting a RTR & just replacing All the bits? I found it to be cheaper because there is a few things that I want to keep stock on the RTR honcho

when you got this part did you have a problem with the servo ***** and arm hitting the frame cross member and causing it to bind ?… i had to notch the cross member out to work properly..
