and actually are there any waterproof motors that are as powerful as the 15T motor?

thank you so much!!!!

That would make your truck incredibly slow. The 55T motors are designed for rock crawlers. If you want to make the truck faster I would recommend the optional 15T motor, P/N DYN1172

i Have a 20T motor on my Rc truck right now. Would I be able to put in a 55T motor? My battery is a 6 cell, 7.2 volt pack

That was the original launch price but that has increased. It is currently $189.99 on the Horizon Hobby website.

I’m so sorry I mis-read your original question. It actually looks like the original wheelie bar has been discontinued, I don’t know if there is a new version coming at this time.

The mounting location would be identical to this one, off of the motor mount/guard.

Your English is just fine, don’t worry about it. Stock is either an 18T or 19T, I forget off the top of my head. I would run a 16T or 17T pinion for starters and adjust up or down from there depending on motor temperatures, acceleration and top speed.

Friend, let’s see if I could understand: you say to use a pinion with fewer tooth (not stock 18 tooth, but YES: 15 or 13 tooth for example) when I use a 17T motor? Is it? Sorry but I speak bad English because I’m from Brazil! 😉

THANK YOU VEEERY MUCH! ;-)

Yes, the transmission is extremely robust, I would not worry about it. The only thing is you may want to drop a tooth or two on the pinion when you install the 17T motor.

Sorry so many questions but I have one last question: keeping the entire transmission as well as stock spur, can I use a Fireball 17T motor with 2S Lipo battery without affecting anything in the transmission? Thank you in advance again and success with your Ruckus! 😉
