Wanting to buy a rc truck?

I’ve been looking at 1/10 scale trucks online for a while now and am having trouble deciding on what to get.This will be my first one,So i can’t decide between gas and electric,Which one would you recommend?I guess i would need something that can also take a little bit of abuse,Any specific models that are the best right now?

    go to raidentech.com for good beginner rc anything. The main brand is exceed rc. they sell trucks their for a good price, as well as buggies and on-roads

    I recommend electric for your first RC. Much less maintenance and just as fun.
    If you want something tough, fast, and possibly raceable, then have a look at the HPI E-Firestormwww.hpiracing.com/kitinfo/10553/

    These two are fast, tough, fun, and you can find parts and upgrades everywhere.
