How to i get my RC Nitro truck to start?

Ive tried charging the glow starter, though it wont work (have charged it for 12 hours) Tried putting it in anyway, though still wont start. Ive followed what i could understand of the instructions, ive put Petrol in, batteries are in car & transmitter, though still wont work 
please please help im a first timer!!

Take the glow plug out and put the ignitor on it.If it doesn’t turn cherry red hot,it’s the plug.What % fuel are you using? I run 33% nitro threw mine.Cause they are really simple engines,so it’s probably the plug.Sometimes they get fryed after running it.Run it a little richer also.If you have any other questions you can mail me if you want,we’ll get her running.I been running for yrs nitro.

1.Remove the glow plug.
2.Put the plug in the igniter.
3.while the plug is in the igniter place it agaist the engine
4.it shoulg glow red
5.if not you need a new glow plug
6.If that doesnt work lean the engine more if your rich
7.richen the engine if yor too lean.
8.If those dont work you might have low compression in the engineand need a new engine
