my custom build twin engine rc monster truck 3
Everett asks:
Here is my first really big project.(before I build my real dune buggy) Its a custom build twin engine monster truck, totally made from the highest quality 7075 aluminum. powered by two XTM 24-7 pro engines (over 2,5 hp each). The acceleration is sick as you can see in this video. I built it 2003-2004 when I was 16 years old. Total cost 30 000 SEK or $4000

@Stefan7067 You need to tune each motor seperatly. Once both motors are tuned well, you start them both up. As the clutches engage, the motors will sinc up on their own.

a question: How have you controlled the two motors syncron so they run? I work that is just himself in such a project based on a tnx 5.2 r(even with the engines of the tnx 5.2 r tuned everyone has about 4.5 ps or more) and I have no idea how I get to run these motors syncron. by the way I have the engines installed so the motors on both axes are both driven.
yours sincerely, stefan

Strap abit of lead to the front of the chassis. Or put a wheelie bar on, then it wont almost flip when you accelerate. It sounds awesome by the way. Really good job you’ve done there.
