the cost to build one depends on what materials you plan to use. if its going to be made of aluminum, well then its a bit more expensive. the shell is from a kids ride in power wheel. i made the frame to fit the shell.
this video is old old old.. look at my other videos that i have posted. i could be wrong, but i think if i let it open up fully, i think it would 35-45 mph. thats way too fast for the size of it.
